Setting Up Voicemail for Your Users
Log in to the OnSIP Admin Portal. Click on the Users tab and choose the user that you would like to give a voice mailbox to. This will expand the user so that you can see all of her options.

Under the "Voicemail" subheading, click "Add". The voice mailbox will be created. Please Note: the user MUST have an extension assigned before he can be assigned a voice mailbox.

To change voicemail options, such as the mailbox number, pin, message waiting indicator or voicemail-to-e-mail settings, click "Modify" under the "Voicemail" subheading.
To e-mail the voice mailbox instructions and settings to your user, click the "Email VM instructions" link under the "Maintenance" subheading.
The e-mail will say:

Using internal (OnSIP Registered) phones:
Extension: *98
Your mailbox number is: 7001
