How OnSIP billing works
All OnSIP services are billed in advance. You have two separate ongoing balances as an OnSIP customer:
- Packages: Monthly charges for your application services
- PSTN (Prepaid): Pay-as-you-go calling credits
Packages refers to your OnSIP services. You can view this balance by navigating to the Account tab, and then clicking on the ‘Configure account packages’ link underneath the Packages heading.
PSTN (Prepaid) refers to your pre-paid calling balance which must remain above $0.00 to make and receive calls to/from the PSTN.
