Changing OnSIP Packages

If you decide that you want a different package for your account, you can change it at your pleasure.

Step 1. Navigate to the Account tab and click on the ‘Configure account packages’ link located under the Packages heading.

Step 2. Click on the package you want to subscribe to from the dropdown menu.

Step 3. Then, click on the ‘Save’ link at the bottom corner of the page to save your changes. You will see the package name change under the Packages heading on the left side of the screen.

Please keep in mind that when you select a package to subscribe to, your credit card will not be immediately charged for the amount shown. OnSIP is a monthly subscription service, and your credit card will be charged on the monthly anniversary of the date that you signed up. Changing your package in the middle of your service month will only change the amount that will be charged at the next billing cycle for your account.
