Business Hour Rule Business Hour Rules - Do you want your calls to go to sales during the day but to a voicemail message at night? Use business hour rules to post your hours of operation and then specify what user/group/app/resource to route to while open, and which to route to when closed.
Attendant Menu Attendant Menus - Allow a caller to select an option which will then route to a user, group, resource or other application. You can also have an option which allows a caller to type in an extension to connect to a user directly.
Dial By Name Directory Dial-By-Name Directories - Allow a caller to start typing the name of the person which he or she wishes to talk to. The person's name is confirmed and then the call is placed.
ACD Queue ACD Queues - ACD Queues are true call center distribution queues. Users can sign in and out of the queue in order to take calls. You can select one of a number of strategies (such as round robin or least used agent) which will be applied.
Announcement Announcements - Play a recording to a caller then transfer them to another onSIP address or hangup. This application may be used for things like playing your company's office hours off of an attendant menu or playing a welcome message to any caller before automatically transferring them into an ACD Queue.
Inbound Bridge Inbound Bridge - Proxy calls from third party SIP service providers into your OnSIP Hosted PBX. If for instance if you have an international DID from a third party provider that is able be routed to any SIP address, then you can use an inbound bridge to receive and proxy calls from that third party provider into your OnSIP Hosted PBX. Note: Inbound Bridges are only required for proxying calls from third party SIP providers that do not provide support for SIP RFC 3515 (SIP REFER method - transfers).
Conference Bridge Conference Bridge - Provide a destination where multiple callers may have a group conversation.
